What came first, the chicken or the egg?

Right now we have fresh pastured chickens, eggs and Critically Endangered Mottled Java Heritage chickens; please give us a call (512 281-1021) or email when you want to come by. We are located 13 miles east of I-35 on 290E, turn north on FM1100 and then east on Giese Lane; go to 15811 Giese Lane Manor TX 78653

We now carry Besty Ross's Grass Fed Beef and you can get our broilers from her as well. Betsy has a special program of soil fertility which is worth investigating; supplies limited!
You can find our eggs retail at Whole Foods Market Downtown
as well as the P&K Grocery at S. 5th and West Mary.
Restaurant customers include Kerbey Lane Cafe and the Culinary Academy of Austin.
It is worth noting that our eggs weigh 50% more than factory eggs, and have definite differences you can see, feel and taste!
Customer comments:
"The eggs I got from you were definetely superior -- evidenced by the high volume the cornbread I made with them attained."
"Generally count me in for what comes available... this product is unbelievable..."

It might be interesting for you to know what the chickens are eating:
Milo, roasted soybean, oyster shell, and mineral/vitamin supplement based on kelp.
The layer mix also includes alfalfa meal, molasses and limestone.
The broiler mix also includes fish meal.
The food is mixed by the ton and bagged, which I purchase from Alexander Farm.
